I have been lunching in for the longest time ever and I've decided to put that it is another opportunity to blog. Furthermore, I have got myself a "Lock-n-Lock' container. So the timing is perfect. I have decided that I will try to go as vegan as possible withe the lunchbox idea (much to my mother's unhappiness!)
I present to you chapatti cut into wedges with a sizable serving of Indian style mashed potatoes with a spring of mint stolen from my mum's pot! I had it for lunch with a sliced apple soaked in salt water to prevent oxidization and a nice serving of dried guava and cranberries!

Chapatti is far healthier and more nutritious than Roti Prata. Oooohh, potato curry... satisfy any carbo-craving!
