Tofu in my Spaghetti....

I recently made some spaghetti with tofu and mushroom... I lightly fried cubed tofu, sauteed some onions, garlic and tomatoes. Tumbled in a can of pasta sauce, adjusted the flavours and I was done. I decided to go a bit gourmet by soaking the hot cooked pasta in some cold, iced water. The pasta tasted springy and firm to eat... i do suppose it helps :)
